RCTWS/PACWA is the main training arm of MWRI, a category 2 center under the auspices of UNESCO and an accredited national entity from SCU and CAOA. provides national and regional programs on integrated water management for the MWRI's employees, African and Arab trainees, along with initiatives for civil society. It ensures high-quality training by collaborating with professional trainers from various sectors.

Prof. Dr. Salwa has gained wide experience for several years in the fields of sustainable development; conventional/renewable resources management; environmental protection; aquatic weeds management, water treatment; and environmental impact assessment of the project … etc. She has published over 40 scientific publications in international scientific journal and conference proceeding.
